Once we get your reservation locked in and ready to go, we’ll be needing a $100 deposit (or more for special events), which you can pay through PayPal below. If you’d like to give us a credit card, give us a call. All balances must be paid in full before the event starts; this means cash handed to the driver in full, or give us a credit card at least 24 hours before the event. We know being on the party bus feels so awesome, so if you need extra time, please inform your driver ahead of time.

When you book with Club Mobile, you agree to immediately pay our flat-rate deposit of $100 to lock in your date for your Limo / Charter Bus event. This deposit may not be a guarantee of service, and will be refunded should an interruption of service occur. The balance is due the date of the event before leaving the pick-up address. Club Mobile reserves the right to hold credit card information and charge the credit card should there be damages to the interior or exterior of the bus, which will itemized and given to the person whom books with Club Mobile.
Club Mobile accepts cash, credit card, and PayPal. All prices quoted are for cash discount prices. All credit card and PayPal payments are 3% more, with the exception of the deposit. If you’re ready to make a payment, please give us a call. Payments in full 1 week before the reservation date will be given cash discount prices (no extra fees).
Because we work really hard to book our buses and save dates for our customers to ensure the best pricing, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the pick-up time to receive a refund consideration. Cancellations that occur at the time of the event, or during the event will be charged for the entire quoted price for the event.
Minors are permitted on the bus, but must sign a waiver. An adult must book for the minor and provide a passenger manifest list with telephone numbers of parents. For your convenience, you can download the waiver and manifest.
Damages & Injury
The person booking the bus is ultimately responsible for all damages and injuries that may occur inside the bus.
