Booking Policy
When you book with Club Mobile, you agree to immediately pay our flat-rate deposit of $100 to lock in your date for your Party Bus event. This deposit may not be a guarantee of service, and will be refunded should an interruption of service occur. The balance is due the date of the event before leaving the pick-up address. Club Mobile reserves the right to hold credit card information and charge the credit card should there be damages to the interior or exterior of the bus, which will itemized and given to the person whom books with Club Mobile.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the pick-up time to receive a refund of the deposit. Cancellations that occur at the time of the event, or during the event will be charged for the entire quoted price for the event.
No exceptions.
Damages
The person booking the bus is ultimately responsible for all damages that may occur inside the bus.
